Well, it really depends on the circumstances. I do deem montrealer's versions or opinions on this issue are very professional indeed. His version is for those who need a white-collar job, whereas mingyu's version might sound a bit too casual -----so it might suit a blue-collar job. I am not sure people in Beijing can access this website. In May when I was in China, I tried this website but the access was disconnected.I thought it was blocked by some net police in China.

According to what I have known, many new immigrants are struggling for the basic jobs because of language barriers. That's why I wrote these information, I wish it could hep those people. As to those who are looking for professional jobs, maybe we'll have more information coming forward...

I have to admit that even if i have been in Canada for a few yrs, I still have many thoughts of chinese, which means that I am not affteced by the foreigners completely, only parts. What's more, I'd like to keep( in my opinion) our traditional virtues.
