Thank you, but still I am waiting for an exact term, which I am sure exists.

Frankly, i haven't met and used this word so far and wish to know from others.

but let me have a try for no harm,

人行道=Pedestrian
盲= blind
seemingly, it unpolite to express Pedestrian for blind. what my boardly guess, Pedestrian for eye/sight challenged. Whilst i remember we can't describle the height challenged person into straightuply short guy as well.
