針灸治療「強中症」為黑大哥縮陽成功

患者德阿斯鼎。蒙伯戈，男性，26歲，辛巴威游擊隊員。

主述：無原因陰莖異常勃起一周。

患者1979年11月12日，由莫三比克太特省醫院門診部收入外科治療，曾用地西泮片，肌注冬眠靈，腰骶椎封閉等療法，經治十餘日毫無功效於11月23日轉來針灸科。門診所見，患者未婚青年，體質壯實，曾有過性行為，兩旬以來，陽器挺長16公分，莖中刺痛，堅舉不收，有礙衣褲，行走不便，久久不痿，睡中亦然，並無流精，惟神態緊張，鬱悶煩躁，惶恐不安，小便微黃，舌尖稍紅，舌苔淡白少津，脈弦數。

診斷：強中症。

治則：滋養腎陰，清瀉肝膽。

處方：（1) 太沖透湧泉，太溪，次髎。 （2）三陰交，照海，神門，會陰。以上兩組處方。每日一次，每次一組，交換輪用，雙側重泄手法，通以電流，經治六次，疼痛大減，旬余不倒之陽物，顯著好轉，由16公分縮至8公分，不再挺常堅舉。計針12次。12月10日恢復正常，觀察半月未再複發，12月21日痊癒出院。

體會：強中一證，又名姤精，亦稱 陽強不倒。本病主要表現為陰莖異常勃起。《靈樞。經筋篇》：「足厥陰之筋病。。。。。。傷於熱則縱挺不收。」筆者在援莫三比克醫療隊期間，該地區缺醫少葯，遇見此病手無對策，仿「壯水之手，以制陽光」之意，姑擬針刺試治，確獲良效。

Patient de Astin. Mombogo, male, 26 years old, Zimbabwe guerrillas.

Chief statement: Unexplained priapism for one week. On November 12, 1979, the patient received surgical treatment from the Outpatient Department of Tete Provincial Hospital in Mozambique. He used diazepam tablets, intramuscular injection of Dongmianling, and lumbosacral vertebral closure. Day transfer to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.

Seen at the outpatient clinic, the patient is an unmarried young man with a strong physique. He has had sexual intercourse. Since his twenties, his penis is 16 cm long. There is a tingling pain in the stem. The same is true in sleep, there is no ejaculation, but nervousness, depression, irritability, panic, yellowish urine, slightly red tip of tongue, pale tongue coating, less fluid, and rapid pulse.

Diagnosis: strong-moderate syndrome.

Therapeutic principles: Nourish kidney yin, clear liver and gallbladder.

Pres**tion: (1) Taichong Touyongquan, Taixi, Ciliao. (2) Sanyinjiao, Zhaohai, Shenmen, and perineum. The above two groups of pres**tions. Once a day, one group at a time, alternate rotations, double-sided intensive venting techniques, and currents, after six treatments, the pain was greatly reduced, and the penis that persisted for more than ten days improved significantly, shrinking from 16 cm to 8 cm , no longer very strong. Count 12 times. Returned to normal on December 10, observed for half a month without recurrence, recovered and was discharged from the hospital on December 21.

Experience: Strong in the first card, also known as Houjing, also known as Yang is strong and does not fall. The disease mainly manifests as priapism. "Spiritual Pivot. Jingjin Pian": "The tendon disease of the foot jueyin... If you are injured by heat, you will not be healed." When the author was in the medical team in Mozambique, there was a lack of medical treatment in the area, and there was no way to deal with this disease. Imitating the meaning of "strengthening the hand of water to control the sun", Gu planned acupuncture and tried it, and it really got a good effect.
