- 不知是不是指的與梁警官同在場的警察在法庭上的證詞：According to Landau, Liang responded, 「It went off by accident,」 and then, 「I』m fired.」
這位警官是得到 immunity 之後在法庭當的證人，immunity 的意思是不能用他在法庭上的證詞用於反對或者不利於他。

- 心路獨舞has a good analysis about this case. I did not follow the whole process, so I have some questions here. We do not know why Peter Liang did not use the lawyer assigned by PBA, my understanding is PBA is a strong union. What kind of written statement did Peter Liang make after the incident ? Peter Liang was on probation, if NYPD wanted to fire him, he could be easily done right after the incident. My feeling was NYPD or even NYC mayor thought Liang can win the court case. It seems Landau's testimony was damaging and in return get himself fired by NYPD as the result of Liang's conviction. Was Landau really counseled by any lawyer. The result was still a little bit surprising to me since all the parties are losers.
