就美食評論家而言，蓋伊·菲耶里（Guy Fieri）在我心目中的可信度一直不高，但這次他居然專門做一期關於這家假冒中國餃子的節目，這簡直讓他在我心中的可信度跌到了谷底。節目組和編劇顯然根本沒做功課，不知道正宗的中國餃子應該長什麼樣。這些餃子與其說是中國餃子，不如說是波蘭餃子（perogie）。guy fieri was never high on my credibility list in terms of food reviewer, but pretty sure making a segment about this fake chinese dumpling place, puts his credibility at the very bottom of the list.  the crew and writers of the show clearly did no research as to what a chinese dumpling is suppose to look like.  would probably categorize these as more perogies than chinese dumplings

蓋伊·菲耶里迎合的是那些容易被逗樂的人。他簡直就是「廚師界」的Nickelback樂隊。太可憐了。Guy Fieri panders to the easily entertained. he is the Nickleback of "chefs". Pitiful.
