22樓 遊客(2605:6000:x:x::8f5c): "55歲退休到今年94歲，已快40年", seems she was not doing anything useful. Quite terrible. Why not doing something meaningful, for your family, for community or the country/world? One thing for sure, she can take less much ealier --- good for health also for the world. NOT a model for seniors.

- Take Prof John Goodenough (UTAustin, age 98) as model, if you can. Love others and love yourself.

- 人老了，從精神到物質， 不能總把自己掛在兒女身上，遲早會把兒女累壞的，而且自己不高興，別人也無法滿足你。誰能總是聽你的抱怨。生命是自己的，應該自己做主。
