這些文章當然是從國家主權為基礎的地緣政治出發的，可是現在世界變了，一帶一路全球一體，中東地區要建縱橫的高鐵網，要發展經濟，要控制能源，都需要國家之間互相合作，需要這個地區和平安寧. 俄國、土耳其、伊朗中國在軍事上合作，就是對這一地區和平的最大保障。
