God will judge humans and everything in this universe not because humans curse Him, rather because people did not believe into Him. In the very beginning, God created Adam and then Eve. God's creation was perfect and beautiful. The only thing God did not put into Adam and Eve was His divine life, which is represented by the fruit from the tree of life in the Garden of Eden. God created man, but did not force him to take what God want. Instead He gave man a free will to choose. Because Adam and Eve fell by eating the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which represent Satan, they fell and sined against God. For this reason, man's fate was hell, the lake of eternal fire. Our God is a fair God. He pays us everything we earn. For the sin man committed, the payback is death. As said in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. " But God does not want people to die and be cast into the lake of eternal fire. He wants people to live, to do what He created us to do, that is to represent Him and express Him in this universe. Therefore, He is determined to save the fallen human race. All the Bible talkes about God's salvation. Eventually, He came down to this earth, and lived a human life for 33 and 1/2 years. Then He died on the cross to pay the debt we own God. After that, he ascended to the heavens and came down again as the Holy Spirit. After all these process, He put Himself in front of us again as the tree of life and wants us to eat Him. When we believe INTO him (not just believe, devils also believe there is God, but this objective belief can not save any of us. We have to accept Him, take Him into us so that He will become our life and our nature.) we have His life in us. This life is the divine life. Only the Greek word can express the meaning of this word. The Greek word for the eternal life is "ZOE". The divine life is not just a life that lasts forever. It has three attributes: 1. It is uncreated. All our lifes are created life. The Creator is God Himself. But the divine life which comes from God is not created. 2. It is indestuctible. Nothing in this universe can destruct this divine life, even death itself. All the created life eventaully will end and be captured by death, but this divine life has the power of resurrection, which defeats death. 3. This divine life is uncorruptible. The created life will corrupt from inside. When we are sick or we are too old, life will end. But this divine life will never end, and will never corrupt.
To answer your question "Why the unbelieves will be punished", I just want to say that the punishment was not prepared for humans, but for Santan and his followers. Since humans sinned against God, death came into humans. This death does not mean the endo our natural life, but the eternal death, which means being cast into the lake of eternal fire. People receive this punishment because of the sin in them. If you do not want to ending, the only way is to turn to the Lord Juesus Himself. He came to this earth just to save us. To be saved, you need to accept Him as your life and live by Him. You need to be reborn of water (which means baptism) and the Spirit (which means accepting God as your life). There is no other way. By standing there complaning does not get you anywhere. God gave us a free will to choose. If you do not choose God, why do you expect to be in Him kingdom? It is very simple to be saved.
