hello darkness my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
because a vision softly creeping

to the neon god they made
and the sign flashed out its warning
in the words that it was forming
and the signs said "the words of the prophets
are written on the subway walls
and tenement halls"
whispering in the sounds of silence

嗨！黑暗，我的老友,
我又來找你聊天了
只因有個幻影緩緩的爬行
趁我熟睡時灑下種籽
如今幻影已種植在我腦海里
和寂靜之聲共存。

在無盡的夢裡，我一個人走在
圓石鋪成的狹窄街道上
在街燈的光暈下
我豎起衣領抵擋濕冷的天氣
閃爍的霓虹燈刺痛了我的眼睛
光芒分割了夜晚，也觸動了寂靜之聲

在沒有燈罩的燈光下
我看到了數以萬計或者更多的人們
人們聊天而不談心
用耳朵聽而不用心聆聽
人們寫的歌，歌聲里毫無感情分享
而且沒有人敢去驚擾寂靜之聲

「傻瓜！」我說：「你不曉得---」
「沉默像癌症一樣蔓延
聽聽我教你的這些話話
握住我伸出的手。」
但這些話像無聲的雨落下
在沉默的井裡發出回聲

人們對著自己造出的霓虹上帝膜拜、祈求
招牌上閃示著警告
在它顯現的字句中
說著：「先知的箴言
寫在地下鐵的牆壁和廉價公寓的門廳上
並且在寂靜之聲中低語」

昨天考試就是這個,..... 老早以前我就想找這首歌.可一直沒去查..

這下好了. 居然考這首.還要翻譯過來.要是早查了. 就不會出現昨天那樣了.

翻譯只翻了一半.
