Seek Help for Chinese Input

My operating system is Windows XP Professional (English Version).  It can fully display Chinese characters for Web Browsing. It cannot display most programs written in Chinese. In addition, it cannot input Chinese even after modifying the settings for Date, Time, Language and regional Options. I also installed some Chinese input software, for example, Zi Guang Hua Yu, but it does not work. So anyone who use English Version's XP and successfully solve the Chinese input program, please tell me how to solve this problem.  Please send a message to youdeg@hotmail.com. 在語言和地區的高級選項中，選中文，然後按照相關提示操作，重啟系統。漢字輸入及漢化軟體的中文顯示基本上可以解決。
