改版后這裡的英文分行功能差了，老把單詞拆開。

Notepad doesn't allow line spacing adjustment. but it allows character font and size changes. i recommend size=12, the font size used by backchina.

my right-mouse-button doesn't include opening Notepad (a shell function). i find Notepad and Wordpad from Start->All Programs->Accessories and (use right-mouse-button to) "pin (them) to Start menu" for easy access.

after upgrading, the word wrap function was lost leaving broken words at line ends. i suspect that this might be related to recent hacker attack on the website.

Is the English for 划船 "Delimits The Ship"? I don't think so.  It is boat rolling or "roll the boat. "

the natural file type of Wordpad is .RTF but when you left-click it, you will open it with Word which is your default editor.

to open a file with Wordpad, you may do the following: right click on the filename, place cursor on "Open With", then choose "Wordpad" or "Choose Program..." from the menu.

Thanks.  I am now using Microsoft Works 7.  Its word processing function is better than Notepad and it starts quicklier than Word does.

As much as I like the singer and the album, I have to say that the title printed on the Album cover, "COLLECTION SONGS OF THE TV WORKS", sounds like Chinglish to me.  And it leaves a word, movie, or film out.

What is the English for 十八相送? I have not found a good one yet. Some did the easy and lazy way--Shi Ba Xiang Song. A primary school student can do this.

The translation is better than that of quite a few other albums.  But I still disagree on the following two titles:

"A Girl from March Land".  
What is "March Land"?  I don't get it.  3月的大地？There is a better way to say it.

This is a one of the most well-known traditional love songs throughout China , and is the lure for many domestic tourists.  It sings the beauty of Pau Ma (Horse Racing) , the mountain peak that soars 1,000 feet above the city, crowned with a Tibetan monastery and stupa scraping the clouds from the heavens.
People get together on Pau Ma Mountain every year where horse racing is a local festival. Young men use the opportunity to court their girl friends and sing songs of love.

THE FOLLOWING ROUGH TRANSLATION OF THE LYRICS WAS FOUND ON WEB: (The begining is wrong. It should be "On the Horse-Racing Mountain".

大約在冬季 is not "Almost In Winter ".  It is "Probably in Winter" or "Most Likely in Winter".

台北 is Taipei,  not Taibei

小白菜 is not Little Cabbage.  小洋白菜 is. The English title should tell people the song is about a poor girl, not about food.

Is 太陽出來喜洋洋 Everyone is Happy as Long as the Sun Rises?  The "as Long as" is an addition, not a translation.

一千年以後 should be "A Thousand Years Later" or "After A Thousand Years", not "A Thousand Years after".
