I have been in both U.S. and France (still in the damn France), the people wise, Americans in general are very nice to Chinese origin people although they have some opinions against Chinese Government!
The French is totally the opposite, they only care about Chinese money (they cheated 20 billion EURO contract in 2007), and they hate Chinese people!!! Even the small Vietnames could mock at Chinese! As for high speed train, the worst is that China can switch that to Japan. Japan's technology is much better than the fucking French ones, and besides, no any national figure from Japan want to boycott Olympic, at least, no statement in public.
China should rely on itself, and put those money into R&D, and shoudn't always buy from Westerners! Especially not from the stupid French, in relaity, the damn French don't have anything can be called world leader! France is a 3rd class country still bearing 2nd class name!
