Responsibilities:
· Posts deposits/receipts for all funds
· Maintain daily banking reports and balance controls
· Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts / credit card accounts
· Process and ensure proper coding of payables
· Process invoices, purchase orders / reconciliations of receivables
· Process journal entries and general ledger transactions
· Analyzes revenue and expense trending
· Manage merchant service accounts
· Workers Compensation compliance and audits
· Maintain accurate accounting records
· Respect the confidentiality of company information and ensure staff does the same
Qualifications/Skills:
· Multi-location/Retail industry experience
· Minimum 2 years management experience
· Associates Degree (or equivalent experience)
· QuickBooks knowledge required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to develop reports and business correspondence with attention to detail
· Demonstrate ability to work in a calm professional manner while involved in high-volume transactions and stressful situations
· Possess analytical skills
· Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
