Yes, I  meet the same problem, when I use winRAR to decompress the file , the winRAR report that it find a wrong and can`t continue anymore.....

The downloaded file is a .ZIP file and can be decompressed by WinRAR. It decompresses into .RM files which you need a RealPlayer to play. I have downloaded it again and found it fine.

anybody if can't get it from the Internet, please send a private message (悄悄話) to me together with your email address so that I can send you the .RM files (12 total, each of a size about 500KB) .
