01186加手機號就可以發，但只可以發拼音，不可以發中文，美國網路不支持中文發送，用中文發過去，那邊收到也是亂碼！發一個十美分

att支持中文的，關鍵是你手機得支持中文。

I always use Fetion to send message to China. You need a China Mobile number and install Fetion. Then you can send unlimited and free messeger to your friend who accept your Fetion invitation. There is a limit that you won't receive message if you turn off Fetion.

Skype也可以發啊。
