The references that I suggested here are pretty serious, scholarly works.  Don't dismiss them lightly. I am sure you would love to see  a serious enagagment on these issues on the scholarly level.

They have their faiths. Many of them have not lost their faiths. They do not believe in Christian faith. They believe in their faiths.

Agree.  Even atheism is considered a faith.
