how? tell the mother nature stopping this ice storm, especially in the south?
the title of this post, sounds to me, like retarded meat head mumbling...
for most of people in southern china, probably never seen snow, especially those young generations, not to mention this time, it is not your average snow storm, it is large scale ice storm, mixed with typical,madness of chinese new year. asking every foreigner who had lived in china, he/she would tell you how crazy it is; no any other nations have such phenomenon, it always amazes foreigners the "crazy" mentality chinese have (have to be "home" for chinese new year). on those travel advice for china (foreigners), always warning "AVOID traveling in china at chinese lunar new year season". here, the concept of home is where the hunsband, wife and kids are, not where the parents are.
this 冰災 is fate of china, fate of humanity as whole... we have to go through it. if it was not china, it would have had to be some other nations.
for some nations, they probably would say "thanks god, it happening in china, not here"
