墨西哥人家的食物  Mexican food

要我講這邊的墨西哥快餐. 老墨也吃豬肉，也吃內臟，豬皮. 他們要麼把肉油炸，要麼肉煮的很爛很爛. 這邊的米很奇怪，沒有亞洲的米那麼糯那麼香. 他們也有烙餅，可是比中國的無論如何都差遠了. 他們做的菜粗粗的，不夠細膩. 他們吃很多玉米做的食品，生的蔬菜沙拉，拿玉米片蘸著 Salsa吃. 用玉米葉玉米面兒做得tamale, 有點甜的裡邊包肉. 你看他們的炸肉, 炸薯條都是大塊大塊的. 還有牛肉豬肉，象中國燒得很爛很爛的紅燒肉. 套餐有幾張麵餅，一點沙拉，碗裡面勺一勺飯，或豆子，加一點菜，再加幾塊肉, 請看照片. 西裔做很多勞力，所以吃很多！記得有一次看見Jackie的日托家庭，主婦剝了大概有近五磅的蝦仁，在哪兒炸蝦球. 整個廚房都是香噴噴的，我這兒蝦仁是五塊美金一磅. 我曾經在農場看見另外一個西裔勞工，自己帶飯, 伙食可是好的不得了！比一般中國家庭好，讓我很吃驚！說實在話這邊的西裔家庭，男孩子一個個都長得壯實，讀書不怎麼樣可是很有力氣能幹活！反觀好學校的這些中國孩子，無論男孩女孩，甚至白人小孩，都是苗苗條條的，都不是很高. 其實心裡也很想Jackie多出去玩呢！

You want me to talk about Mexican snacks here. Mexican also eats pork, also eats internal organs, pigskin. They either fry the meat, or cook meat very tender. The rice here is very strange,  not as sweet as Asian rice. They also have pancakes, but  far worse than Chinese. They cook vegetables thick and not delicate enough. They eat a lot of corn food, raw vegetable salad, eat cornflakes with Salsa. Use corn leaf cornmeal to make tamale, a bit sweet with meat inside. You see their fried meat, French fries are big chunks. There are beef and pork, like Chinese roasting  braised Meat. Mexicanfast food set has a few tacos, a little salad, a spoonful of rice in a bowl, or beans,  add a few pieces of meat, look at the photos. Hispanics do a lot of labor, so they eat a lot! I remember seeing Jackie's daycare family, once the housewife peeled off about five pounds of shrimp and fried shrimp balls. The whole kitchenwais fragrant. Shrimp here is five dollars a pound. I used to see another Latino on the farm, brought his own food, the food was so good! Better than average Chinese family! I am very surprised! To be honest, Latino family here, the boys are all strong, but they are not into school very hardworker. On the other hand, these Chinese children in good schools, boys and girls, even white children, most are thin andweak, not very tall. In fact, I also want Jackie to go out and play!
