some observations/thoughts off the original topic. i think, somehow in china, aggravated assault (diajia) isn't considered as a crime. well but aggravated assault (diajia) is a felony charge in the states, which means you would have criminal record if convicted.

no wonder you always see some chinese are easily getting violent 9using their fists) when they get emotional...

i, for one, used to be like that when i was a kid...
