borrow money from relative from china to buy property?

I am trying to borrow some money up to $110k to from a relative in China to help me buy a property in the USA. Do you know how can my relative transfer the money to my bank? Any document the government might require me to provide such as a borrowing receipt or prove source of fund?

I believe your relative just needs to go to a local bank and wire the money to your bank account. I don't know how much they will be charged in China, but I know you might be charged around $25-$35 per transaction in America.
