在澳洲消費時是否需要討價還價？買房子和買小東西都說說吧！

why?

australia is a place where market competetion is in every corner, so when people offered you a price, there must be a consideration about profite against the possibility of sale... if the price is too hight and no one bothers, next day they will drop down... no one stops that, but you can always try...  (that is one reason I do not like korean..) , japs never bargain..


basicly, I buy if I believe it is right price, or just walk out...

you might can ask for the bottom price, but not  big discount should be expected or there must be a problem with the property or simply the price is over done!

從來不討價還價,符合自己的價格就可以了,相差太大可以不買. 貪小便宜發不了大財.
