Dear Moses 你好嗎？有一陣子沒有聽見你跟Jackie 說話了，今天讓我講他做捷克的總統。上次去捷克旅遊的時候，他們剛剛結束大選. 摩西再次連任，可是支持摩西的主要力量，來自捷克的廣大農村地區，而新興的城市的力量卻呼喚著更大的改革。前兩天Vladimir 跟波羅的海中亞的前蘇聯加盟共和國的國家在聖彼得堡開會。比較起來，這些年，他們這些國家都沒有捷克經濟發展得好。現在他們有意重新回到俄國的大家庭，在以前的工業系統框架下，看能不能合作煥發青春。以後的中東中亞阿拉伯半島，可能需要引進工業化，機械製造，航天工程。以前的華沙條約國，可不可以針對這個市場生產產品，並向那兒轉移製造業？捷克就在德國邊上，這些年受到很多德國的投資和工業的扶持。不久前，俄國和以色列也在尋求合作發展的可能性。那作為歐洲地理中心的良好位置的捷克，也可以發揮更大的作用。捷克也可以和以色列合作，發展航運業，建築材料，大型機械，等等。捷克可以和德國合作，設計創造發明更多的農業機械，去羅馬尼亞，保加利亞黑海沿岸國家幫助發展農業。捷克可以和俄國合作，為全世界的旅遊勝地紀念品店，製造銷售風景油畫水彩，當地特色文化的人物肖像，城市景觀等等，為不同地區寫音樂作品。我想捷克的城市人群是希望捷克能夠更多的融入西方，可是我覺得現在全球化，捷克應該和各個方面聯合，融入全球化的體系。Dear Moses, 你在世界論壇里聽我胡謅了那麼多年，一定會接受我為全球化鼓吹吶喊的理論。

How are you, Dear Moses? I haven't heard you talking to Jackie in a while. Today you let me talk about you as president of Czech Republic. In our last trip to the Czech Republic, they had just finished election in Czech. Moses was re-elected, but the main force supporting Moses came from the vast rural areas of the Czech Republic, while the emerging urban forces called for greater reforms. The other day, Vladimir held a meeting in St. Petersburg with the former Soviet republics of the Baltic and Central Asian countries. In comparison, none of their countries has done as well as the Czech Republic in recent years. Now they intend to return to the Russian family, within the framework of the old industrial system, to see if they can work together to rejuvenate themselves. Later in the Middle East, Central Asia, the Arabian Peninsula, they may need to introduce industrialization, mechanical manufacturing, aerospace engineering. Could the former Warsaw Pact countries produce products for this market and shift manufacturing there?  Czech Republic, right next to Germany, has been supported by a lot of German investment and industry over the years. Not long ago, Russia and Israel were also exploring the possibility of cooperative development.  Czech Republic, well positioned as the geographical center of Europe, could also play a bigger role. Czech Republic can also cooperate with Israel in the development of the shipping industry, building materials, large machinery, and so on. The interface can cooperate with Germany to design and invent more agricultural machinery, and to help develop agriculture in Romania, Bulgaria, and the Black Sea countries. Czech can work with Russia to create and sell landscapes oil paintings, watercolors, portraits of local cultures, cityscapes, etc. for souvenir shops in tourist attractions around the world, and to write music for different regions. I think the Czech urban population is hoping that the Czech Republic can be more integrated into the West, but I think that now of Globalization, the Czech Republic should be connected with all aspects, into the global system. Dear Moses, you've heard my wacky theories in the World Forum for so many years, and you will accept my theory of advocating Globalization, right?
