開發貝加爾湖地區 二

除了傳統的礦業，俄國為了發展經濟，建立新的城市，可以考慮新的高產值產業。比如新的高科技的人工智慧機器人. 俄國在這個領域已經捷足先登，遠東又靠近日本，中國韓國，這些國家都有很多的在人工智慧IT行業的人才，可以在那邊把這些人才招來進行研發生產。西伯利亞的夏天風景優美，也可以邀請來自酷暑的南亞印度的軟體人才，到這邊來消夏啊。做軟體的IT的是可以在世界任何一個地方辦公，也許冬天可以去印度或者中國南方。不知道有沒有可能把日本的汽車製造業移一部分去俄國的遠東。或者日本和俄國可以在動漫行業合作，想象那畫面一定會更優美的。東三省有中國的重工業，發展機器人，無人機，無人駕駛汽車，隨著高科技越來越發達，這一方面的市場會越來越擴大。我媽說她上學完了看醫生, 要換三個公車，如果開車只需20分鐘, 可她要兩個小時。如果以後洛杉磯這樣的居住分佈廣的大城市，交通可以用無人車, 那該多方便. 如果以後快遞，或者遠程城市通勤可以用無人機，那該多方便。這些新的領域總有人要做的. 在貝加爾地區建城市，還可以大量接受培養中國的藝術人才，舞蹈音樂美術甚至可以向所有亞洲國家敞開大門，成為一個季節性培訓基地，平時帶學員去世界各地巡演。也可以在貝加爾湖地區發展出特別的手工業，工藝品，民族特色產品，比如木雕石雕，寶石加工金製品，可以銷售到周邊的國家。甚至可以在那邊建立高等教育學院，把它作為一個研究世界各地自然資源礦產的中心。我希望普京大帝在規劃建立新城市的時候，要有一個控制規劃和設計，聽說現在已經有中國人去那邊搶著買房地產了。一個城市需要有醫院學校服務設施法律以及各種行業，各方面要有一個合理的比例。這樣才是美的。貝加爾湖地區是俄國在遠東的一顆明珠，我們希望這個明珠能永遠閃閃發光。
