我上海的公寓要出租，託了一家「青客」的管理公司，結果從11月兩個月到現在，光租金就給我折騰了五次，一次一次斬我，說是北京那邊定的價，然後今天說上海這邊嫌太低了不願簽字！這家公司自己內部都搞不清楚，說定的價卻可以自說自話亂改！甚至可以自己做決定不簽字！已經降低價格讓他多拿利潤，下層管理還自殺性地不簽約，那位銷售員說，就我這個上海領導不讓簽！簡直豈有此理，這不合邏輯，也不打自招是在存心跟我作對嗎？不知道後面是誰，鬼魅一直都在，一會兒要我拿了委託書拍照，一會要我自己簽，一會兒又說下層領導不讓簽，跟上次僑辦不讓Jackie去廣州如出一轍！有人還在跟我搞呢，不知道是純粹國內的，還是外邊遙控的！感覺中國人做事，就是簽了約，也是不太靠譜的！就像習和王上次信誓旦旦說，要去廣州看Jackie，結果最後臨時變卦一樣的！一開始就沒覺得你們誠心誠意. 這種事情只要一次，你們就不受人信賴了, 還玩什麼呀，還走什麼江湖啊？！可能你們T&B覺得自己很聰明的, 做事很靈活的, 講話輕飄飄的，反正到時候可以不負責任的！可是西方國家不是這樣子的, 尤其是歐美人做事, 德國人更是一板一眼的！他們看你們就覺得是靠不住的！上次普京大帝說要幫Jackie找一個樂理老師，老實說遠程教學也是有問題的，普京大帝也許是想顯擺一下俄國人的音樂素養好，最後沒有成功，他還道歉.  中國人是絕對不會道歉的，就算道歉, 也是口頭說說誰而已，毫髮無損沒實質內容的，因為一開始就只是想找台階一步一步躲避的！還有我的賠償，感覺也是有人在一步一步躲避，說起來沒有心狠手辣把我奪財害命，我是不是還已經應該要感謝上帝呀？ 這兩天，國內幾個會點外語的中國演員，也許聽到什麼風吹草動，一個一個耐不住跳出來！只是跳出來的方式實在讓人不齒，要麼外遇了，要麼台上糟蹋作秀. 中國演員要走向世界，難道不能堂而皇之，光明正大，陽光自信，充滿正能量地上台嗎？一定要鬧出些醜聞來嗎？88，你們向世界推廣中國理念做宣傳，一定要用這樣子的靠醜聞博眼球娛樂界人士嗎？我覺得在校的大學生，剛畢業的年輕人，既有專業，英文肯定又好，跟人交往真誠自然，效果好多了！在背後搞這些策劃的人，什麼陰暗心理，什麼人格素質，怎麼配做這種策劃位置的，就像你們後面某些T&B做事，憑什麼上位掌權操控世界的呀？
