中國的協商民主  Consultative democracy in China
　　 一、協商民主是中國自己孕育、生成和發展起來的，和西方的邏輯、西方的協商民主是不一樣的，在形式上面有一部分是一樣的，但在根本上是不一樣的。

　　 二、協商民主是中國實現人民民主的有效、可用、具有無限潛力的民主形式。中國如果在協商民主上真正成為典範性的國家，是對人類政治文明的重大貢獻。

　　 三、協商民主已經開啟，但是後面還有很長的路要走，很多工作要做。

　　 四、協商民主要進入到程序化、規範化、有效化的發展中，需要更多的實踐、更多的制度建構、更多的程序設計、更多的民眾參與。

1. Consultative democracy is bred, generated and developed by China itself. It is different from Western logic and Western consultative democracy. Some of the forms are the same, but they are fundamentally different.

2. Consultative democracy is an effective, usable, and unlimited potential form of democracy for China's people's democracy. If China truly becomes a model country in deliberative democracy, it is a major contribution to human political civilization.

3. Consultative democracy has started, but there is still a long way to go, and a lot of work needs to be done.

Fourth, the negotiators mainly enter into the development of procedural, standardized, and effective, which requires more practice, more system construction, more program design, and more public participation.
