親愛的朝鮮領導人金先生：
Dear North Korea leader Mr. Kim:

Thank you for appreciating my ideas. Even though I never met you, but Jackie talked about you all the times. She has been talking to you for more than 10 times so far. She told me, she does not understand why the international society sets up such a negative image for you.  Even though you are a serious person, she told me, you are frank, sincere, young hearted, open communication to her, especially, you have leaders charm that make people in North Korean follow you from their hearts. See, when kids look at people, they have genuine visions like God. You know I grew up watching North Korea movies. At that time we don't have a lot movies from outside china.  I remember at that time it's all black and white, we like movies from USSR, "Lenin in 1918", from your country, "A girl selling flowers" , etc. I still remembered the melody, as both girl and song were so beautiful, staying forever in my mind. So touching.

Jackie told me that you want to accept refugees from Syria, asking me for opinions. Hmmmmm, I do have some crazy ideas. First of all , I think the whole international society knows who causes the refugee problem,  it is ISIS. And I am sure you are aware of the troubles caused by those refugees in Europe. Those West Asian refugees live quite different life styles compared to Koreans. They may cause even more problems to your country than to Europeans. I knew you have  nuclear bombs,  but it's hard to bomb somebody on your own land,  isn't it? So my best thinking towards your handling refugees,  is to eliminate ISIS. How? Well, you are in a very good position to do so. Let me explain that for you. In this world everybody knows now, who is associated with ISIS. It is American president Obama and Senator Hillary. Behind them is the world  most powerful military system. Pentagon has a control over the whole thing. Remember how they use unman air vehicle to finish bin Laden? You have to think of a way to use them to terminate ISIS.  But how can you motivate them? Easy.

您必須最近看到韓國發生大規模抗議活動，他們晚上在街道上點亮的燈光與天空中的星星一樣多。已經有好幾次了，將近一百萬人。好吧，你們都是韓國人，您不需要一百萬人來完成這個項目，甚至不需要十萬，只需100個就足夠了。你會怎樣做？與美國對本·拉丹所做的事情一樣，當美國代表團來到韓國實施THAAD時，您要給他們以迅雷一般的打擊，綁架他們。以我的觀點，韓國政府中只有少數人支持THAAD，大多數人則不支持。因此，找到一百個可以幫助您的人不成問題。然後，您使用他們來激發五角大樓迫使奧巴馬甚至特朗普總統停止ISIS。如果那些被綁架的官員拒絕合作，您可以將一些皮膚病毒散播到他們的床，毛巾，衣服上，甚至將性病病毒傳播到他們的私處。那肯定會使他們發癢，疼痛，非常不舒服。遲早它們都會看起來很醜，形狀也會改變。對於不能容忍，無法承受的美國人，這些會使他們將不得不屈服並與您合作。不用擔心，如果他們能夠成功地要求奧巴馬和五角大樓停止ISIS，不再造成穆斯林難民，那麼全世界將感謝您。

You must see recently that there are a mass  protests in South Korea, the lights they lighted it up at night on streets, were as many as stars in the sky. it's been several times, almost one million people. Well, you are all Koreans, and you do not need 1 million people to do this project,  not even hundred thousand,  only 100 is enough. What are you going to do?  The same thing as US did to bin Laden,  when American delegation comes to South Korea for THAAD implementation,  you give them a thunder attack, kidnap them. By my perspective, only a few in South Korea government supports THAAD, majority people do not. So find hundred to help you is not a problem. Then you use them to motivate Pentagon forcing Obama, even president Trump, to stop ISIS. If those kidnapped officials refused to cooperate,  you can spread some skin virus to their beds, towels, clothes, even sexual virus to their private parts. That will for sure make them itching, aching, very uncomfortable. Sooner or later they will all get ugly looking and  shape changed. For Americans that's not tolerable, sustainable, that they will have to give in and work with you. Don't worry,  if they can successfully ask Obama and the Pentagon to stop ISIS,  no more Muslim refugees, the whole world will thank you.

After that,  you can allow investments to build tourist attractions, amusement park and industrial base.  You can open the door to welcome all the visitors around the world, even refugees. Jackie and I are waiting for your invitation. When we visited North China Korea district, from the lake on top of Chang Bai Shan mountain, we look another side, which was inside North Korea boundary, dreamed that  must be a beautiful place. Besides that, we love Korean food here, I even make kimchi myself.  And the most of all, Chinese boys love beautiful Korean girls,  they are very musical and artistic. How come Hollywood never notices this? By the way, it also might be a good idea to change your countries image to be more acceptable and popular in the world society. Most Westerners are very narrow minded, biased.  Of course the first of all is to change your image if you like. Regarding that, I have two solutions. One is that you can tremendously lose your hair and get some beauty surgery in South Korea, they are really good at it, to look like Benjamin Franklin.  Then you can do the similar successful deal with US as Louisiana trades Franklin did with France. No one ever dares look down Franklin but admiring him. You will be the Korean hero.  Last night I just read a one line joke to little Jackie, it says "  A fat lady lives longer than those men who mentioned that to her all the times. " So the another solution is to do a trans-gender surgery to live over those who is prejudiced with big mouth.  I strongly recommend that you come to US to do the surgery,  as someone here are very good at pushing things to the OPPOSITE side, especially using government's money! Hahahahaha
