    剛看到有人發消息說俄羅斯正式批准轉基因，人民日報發消息了，我找到了這個消息，發現有異味，什麼產量增加3倍之類的話，還有俄羅斯國家杜馬副主席安德烈•圖馬諾夫的話，顯得太不專業，不像是從英文媒體翻譯過來的。

    據俄羅斯媒體近日報道，該國已正式批准使用轉基因技術種植農作物。目前，俄羅斯的14個地區都已宣布自己是「轉基因自由區」，其中包括莫斯科、聖彼得堡、別爾哥羅德等地。一般情況下，通過改變馬鈴薯、大豆、玉米和甜菜等細胞的基因，作物的產量可增加3倍，所以轉基因育種是很有價值的。美國就曾提出入侵遺傳學，當地的學術機構也已經花費很多資金，用來證明轉基因食品沒有危害。但在俄羅斯，對這一專業的研究此前一直未曾進行。
    根據法律規定，俄羅斯的食品標籤上應註明是否為轉基因，但生產商都不願意做此標記。 對此，俄羅斯國家杜馬副主席安德烈·圖馬諾夫解釋稱，由於缺少對轉基因作物的宣傳，製造商不得不將此類商品做得極其廉價，以這樣的方式來增加顧客的信任度。為了促銷，那些原則上可能是轉基因的食品也會標註「非轉基因」，比如酸奶。

    toxic free大概就是「投毒自由區」了。把「完全沒有轉基因」翻譯成「自由種植轉基因」（或把中文自由種植轉基因翻譯成了完全沒有轉基因），意思反轉了180度，這中英文應該都是皇家讀者方禿教出來的。
