沙發！厲害呀厲害！能抓住這一瞬間很不容易，你是如何觸發的？高速高到多少？

The shutter was just in continuous mode. Need several trys to get them in frame.

1/10000s - 1/20000s
The speed above is the "virtual" shutter speed, not the real shutter speed in camera. Virtual shutter speed comes from flashes (or from flash duration to be precise).

did u put the flash on frequent flashing(like 5 flashes in 10 secs) while shooting them in continous AF mode?

I used continuous shutter mode. For using this mode with flashes, flash charge time must be as short as possible.

AF is not useful at all. The moving insect is so fast and I don't think there exists any camera with that high focusing speed. The focus must be manual and pre-focused. You need to predict the moving insect trail to get the focus right. This is just one of the hardest part of high-speed macro. If you really try it, you will encounter many other critical issues. That's why you cannot see many of this photography in the internet. I will say that it is very lucky if you spend one or two days  to get even just one successful shot.
