不知何故,現代基督徒們總說只有一個神.

申 命 記 Deuteronomy

13:4 [hgb]  你 們 要 順 從 耶 和 華 你 們 的 神 ， 敬 畏 他 ， 謹 守 他 的 誡 命 ， 聽 從 他 的 話 ， 事 奉 他 ， 專 靠 他 。  
    [kjv]  Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
    [bbe]  But keep on in the ways of the Lord your God, fearing him and keeping his orders and hearing his voice, worshipping him and being true to him.
13:5 [hgb]  那 先 知 或 是 那 作 夢 的 既 用 言 語 叛 逆 那 領 你 們 出 埃 及 地 ， 救 贖 你 脫 離 為 奴 之 家 的 耶 和 華 你 們 的 神 ， 要 勾 引 你 離 開 耶 和 華 你 神 所 吩 咐 你 行 的 道 ， 你 便 要 將 他 治 死 。 這 樣 ， 就 把 那 惡 從 你 們 中 間 除 掉 。  
    [kjv]  And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
    [bbe]  And that prophet or that dreamer of dreams is to be put to death; for his words were said with the purpose of turning you away from the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt and made you free from the prison-house; and of forcing you out of the way in which the Lord your God has given you orders to go. So you are to put away the evil from among you.
13:6 [hgb]  你 的 同 胞 弟 兄 ， 或 是 你 的 兒 女 ， 或 是 你 懷 中 的 妻 ， 或 是 如 同 你 性 命 的 朋 友 ， 若 暗 中 引 誘 你 ， 說 ， 我 們 不 如 去 事 奉 你 和 你 列 祖 素 來 所 不 認 識 的 別 神  
    [kjv]  If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
    [bbe]  If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son or your daughter or the wife of your heart, or the friend who is as dear to you as your life, working on you secretly says to you, Let us go and give worship to other gods, strange to you and to your fathers;
13:7 [hgb]  是 你 四 圍 列 國 的 神 。 無 論 是 離 你 近 ， 離 你 遠 ， 從 地 這 邊 到 地 那 邊 的 神 ，  
    [kjv]  Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
    [bbe]  Gods of the peoples round about you, near or far, from one end of the earth to the other;
13:8 [hgb]  你 不 可 依 從 他 ， 也 不 可 聽 從 他 ， 眼 不 可 顧 惜 他 。 你 不 可 憐 恤 他 ， 也 不 可 遮 庇 他 ，  
    [kjv]  Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:
    [bbe]  Do not be guided by him or give attention to him; have no pity on him or mercy, and give him no cover;
13:9 [hgb]  總 要 殺 他 。 你 先 下 手 ， 然 后 眾 民 也 下 手 ， 將 他 治 死 。  
    [kjv]  But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
    [bbe]  But put him to death without question; let your hand be the first stretched out against him to put him to death, and then the hands of all the people.
13:10 [hgb]  要 用 石 頭 打 死 他 ， 因 為 他 想 要 勾 引 你 離 開 那 領 你 出 埃 及 地 為 奴 之 家 的 耶 和 華 你 的 神 。  
    [kjv]  And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
    [bbe]  Let him be stoned with stones till he is dead; because it was his purpose to make you false to the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt, out of the prison-house.
13:11 [hgb]  以 色 列 眾 人 都 要 聽 見 害 怕 ， 就 不 敢 在 你 們 中 間 再 行 這 樣 的 惡 了 。  
    [kjv]  And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is among you.
    [bbe]  And all Israel, hearing of it, will be full of fear, and no one will again do such evil as this among you.
13:12 [hgb]  在 耶 和 華 你 神 所 賜 你 居 住 的 各 城 中 ， 你 若 聽 人 說 ， 有 些 匪 類 從 你 們 中 間 的 一 座 城 出 來 勾 引 本 城 的 居 民 ， 說 ， 我 們 不 如 去 事 奉 你 們 素 來 所 不 認 識 的 別 神 。  
    [kjv]  If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying,
    [bbe]  And if word comes to you, in one of the towns which the Lord your God is giving you for your resting-place,
13:13 [hgb]   
    [kjv]  Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known;
    [bbe]  That good-for-nothing persons have gone out from among you, turning the people of their town from the right way and saying, Let us go and give worship to other gods, of whom you have no knowledge;
13:14 [hgb]  你 就 要 探 聽 ， 查 究 ， 細 細 地 訪 問 ， 果 然 是 真 ， 准 有 這 可 憎 惡 的 事 行 在 你 們 中 間 ，  
    [kjv]  Then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you;
    [bbe]  Then let a full search be made, and let questions be put with care; and if it is true and certain that such a disgusting thing has been done among you;
13:15 [hgb]  你 必 要 用 刀 殺 那 城 里 的 居 民 ， 把 城 里 所 有 的 ， 連 牲 畜 ， 都 用 刀 殺 盡 。  
    [kjv]  Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
    [bbe]  Then take up arms against the people of that town and give it up to the curse, with all its cattle and everything in it.
13:16 [hgb]  你 從 那 城 里 所 奪 的 財 物 都 要 堆 積 在 街 市 上 ， 用 火 將 城 和 其 內 所 奪 的 財 物 都 在 耶 和 華 你 神 面 前 燒 盡 。 那 城 就 永 為 荒 堆 ， 不 可 再 建 造 。  
    [kjv]  And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for the LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again.
    [bbe]  And take all the goods into the middle of its open space, burning the town and all its property with fire as an offering to the Lord your God; it is to be a waste for ever; there is to be no more building there.
13:17 [hgb]  那 當 毀 滅 的 物 連 一 點 都 不 可 粘 你 的 手 。 你 要 聽 從 耶 和 華 你 神 的 話 ， 遵 守 我 今 日 所 吩 咐 你 的 一 切 誡 命 ， 行 耶 和 華 你 神 眼 中 看 為 正 的 事 ， 耶 和 華 就 必 轉 意 ， 不 發 烈 怒 ， 恩 待 你 ， 憐 恤 你 ， 照 他 向 你 列 祖 所 起 的 誓 使 你 人 數 增 多 。  
    [kjv]  And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers;
    [bbe]  Keep not a thing of what is cursed for yourselves: so the Lord may be turned away from the heat of his wrath, and have mercy on you, and give you increase as he said in his oath to your fathers:
13:18 [hgb]   
    [kjv]  When thou shalt hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep all his commandments which I command thee this day, to do that which is right in the eyes of the LORD thy God.
    [bbe]  So long as you give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, and keep all his orders which I give you today, and do what is right in the eyes of the Lord your God.
