it looks like in an airport...

(1) 行李託運. for boarding passenger, it is baggage/luggage check in. loading assistance means a different kind of service (which is likely to be assistances provided to truck drivers for loading and unloading freight).

(2) 行李寄放處. normally storage for rent is a warehouse-like place, while passenger baggage temporary left place is much smaller, usually a locked office space.

(3) 候車廳. it is called lounge (or lobby), not hall. "departure" is redundant. it only confuses. why an arriving passenger can't walk in the 候車廳?

(4) 重點旅客候車室. VIP lounge would be enough. here VIP stands for very important person.

(5) 商店,餐廳 shops and restaurants. use plural and connect with "and".

Just a large bus station.

A friend ask me to correct,but my english is poor ,and I couldn`t assure it

expressing a right meaning.

Maybe ,I should come here often,and study it  from the begining....

For the question you asked above, i suggest you consider "a bus terminal". it has two meanings. one is the (either) end of a carrier line (終點站), and the other is for a bus station that serves as a hub to an area.

If use "a  bus terminal", I think "b" is the best answer ,and you already marked it with red color.

The word "'Thanks" seems can`t express the feeling now, so just  replace saying with action  .
