親愛的Tim，昨天我在談論可能的移動產品公司合作，我有理由。在開始會見習和王時，我告訴中國智庫之首王滬寧，「你將會超級地忙碌......」 我以為他們已經完成了詳細的設計，現在他們就是開始運作的人！才不呢！ 一點都不！王從社會科學背景出發，他認為全球化是與不同的政治政府合作，讓他們服從最高級的命令，就像他們幾十年前在中國做的那樣。中國政府內一部分甚至抵制新的全球化，希望保持其至高無上的地位。不，全球化遠不止於此。弗拉基米爾向我詢問了全球化的頂級設計理念。我告訴他，基於人類的主要哲學，有三個軸坐標支持整個設計。一個是來自西方哲學，即人與自然的關係。需要監測整個生態系統和環境，並將其設置為綠色！需要大量的遠程，陸地，空間，感測器網路，以跟蹤變化，預測未來的災難，評估一些項目即將建成的可行性，以維持正常生態。如果它設立管控得很好，去年夏天在太平洋海域就沒有九次颶風，加州野火可能不會那麼具有破壞性。它需要一個大系統, 大量移動單元,用於不同的功能。歐洲人在這一領域的理論和實踐方面都處於領先。 Google家庭小站, 用於環境控制內的室內設施控制。該監測系統的層次結構的層次應為住宅控制，社區控制，區域控制，城鎮控制，街道控制，公路控制，空中交通管制，土地使用控制等。谷歌具有非常好的遠視地圖。

Dear Tim, Yesterday I was talking about possible mobile communication products company to cooperate, I have a reason. Partial Chinese government was even resistant to the new Globalization, wanted to keep their supremacy. No, Globalization is way far far beyond that.  Vladimir asked me about Globalization top design concept. I told him, based on human main philosophies, there are three axises coordinates in supporting the whole design. One is from western culture, the relation between human and nature. The total ecosystem, the environment , needs to be monitored and set to be green! There requires a lot of sensor networks, in remote land and space, to track changes, to predict future disaster, to evaluate the feasibility if some project is going to be built, to maintain normal. If it is well developed, we may not have nine hurricane in Pacific ocean same time last summer, California wild fire may not be that devastating. It requires big system , lot of mobile units , for different functions. Europeans are advanced in this field in theory and practice. The Google home hub, is for environment control  in domestic facilities control. The hierarchy upper level for that monitoring system should be residential control, community control, district control, city town control, street control, highway control, air traffic control, land use control, etc. Google has very good long vision map.
