中國用現代化的大機器大數據來種大豆，一個人可以管上萬畝土地。把大豆原產品送往中國內地進行加工，以高附加值出售。 對俄國來說免去很多麻煩，但是租土地的收入和利潤是不高的！我覺得，全世界對各個自然資源及不同的產業，應該有一個全球的初步規劃，就像普京大帝在石油會議上說的，石油生產和價格是應該有聯合國來決定和安排的。農業也是這樣，世界上人口眾多的國家幾乎都在亞洲，這些地區的人，對糧食種類和數量都有很大的需求。可是這些地區並不一定有足夠的農耕地來滿足這些需求。那俄國如果想開發遠東，中亞地區，黑海地區有大量土地，適合耕種，可以提供農業或者工業原材料的需求。那世界各地就可以設定幾個基本糧倉滿足基本的糧食需求！比如，北美的玉米，小麥，大豆生產基地；南美的畜牧業，肉類基地；中美洲的蔬菜，水果；東南亞，中國東南部，東北部稻米生產基地；東三省，俄國遠東，大豆土豆小麥生產地；南亞，東南亞水果生產基地；中亞，中東核桃，椰棗，雜糧，棉花，玉米；黑海地區葡萄，蔬果，小麥，各種穀類，等等。我想有大數據的話，很容易就可以估算的出，基本的需要和怎麼樣去配備吧. 俄國應該專門組織一個亞洲農業協作組織，把周圍地區國家的糧食需求農業需求加以分析，然後優化安排土地，由俄國出面，招募工人來俄國平整土地，或招聘工人夏天來耕種，並在當地進行各種加工，再招募人員針對不同市場進行銷售。這樣俄國才能多賺錢。

Almost all of the most populous countries in the world are in Asia. People in different regions are in great need of various foods. But these areas may not have enough farm land to meet these needs. If Russia wants to develop the Far East, or the Black Sea region of Central Asia, with a large amount of land suitable for farming, it can supply the demand for agricultural or industrial raw materials. Then the world can set up a few basic granaries to meet the basic food needs! For example, corn, wheat, soybean production bases in North America; animal husbandry and meat bases in South America; vegetables and fruits in Central America; rice production bases in Southeast Asia, East and Northeast China. Chinese north east provinces, Russia's Far East are soybean, potato, rice and wheat production sites; South Asia and Southeast Asia are fruit production base; Central Asia Middle East  are walnuts, dates, miscellaneous grain, cotton and corn; Black Sea area is grape and vegetable, wheat, various cereals, etc. I think if there is big data, it is easy to estimate the basic needs and how to supply it. Russia should set up a special Asian agricultural cooperation organization to analyze the agricultural needs of the countries in the surrounding region, and then optimize the arrangement of land. Russia should recruit workers to level the land in Russia and recruit workers to plant in the summer. And after make the processing locally, Russia can recruit personnel for different markets to sell them. So Russia is the owner of business, can make much more money than just leasing land.
