Tourists are for people to come and go through, spending money, Enjoy life. Dear Vladimir, just like I mentioned earlier I think Russians to Create more tourist business horizontally and vertically. So why not pick a few, organize them into a nice package? I know in some areas there are hot springs, Nice mineral rocks, Nice hunting field, mushrooms fungus in the forests, racing horse, jet flight, gliding, snow jet, so many activities .  Russia has rich educational resources, art, music, dance, ethnic group cultures, good educational systems, Scientific research institutes, so many fields. In time domain, Tour is only a very short time staying and people just go through. Maybe Russia can look at it』s all resources, design different packages for travel , short-term midterm , long-term , permanent stay, so that it will help local real estate business, Commercial retail business, local industry, enhance culture. I know Steven even hire Russian artists to be the animators, as it is difficult to find a good ones in United States. Why not in Russia to set up animation business? Attract good artists all around the world, even host anime cos-play show annually, that is a good business. Those people can even work India or black sea in winter. To attract students study in Russia is a long-term stay, so you may need to build up a community for students or students village to be a some kind of cultural center. Chinese students pay average $35-$50,000 a year studying in the United states.
