永州民眾花圈祭奠殺法官兇手

湖南永州市零陵區3名法官遭槍殺竟掀開當地長期以來的民憤。數百名聲稱有冤情的市民及上訪者昨日下午圍堵法院，借疑兇朱軍殺法官一事發泄怨氣，有人更手持寫?「朱軍一路走好」的花牌，高喊「朱軍是人民大英雄」口號企圖衝入法院，但被警方阻止，雙方一度發生衝突，其間有內地記者拍照時被警方暴力對待，直至當局出動防暴警察到場，事件擾攘到黃昏人群才逐漸散去。
     衝擊事件始於下午2時30分左右，原本平靜的兇案現場零陵區法院外陸續出現大批民眾，起初法院讓他們進入院內，辦公室大樓則被保安攔住，但後來民眾愈來愈多，反映拆遷、法院判決不公等不同訴求的上訪者將院子圍得水泄不通，警方遂將所有人驅逐到法院門外。
        然而上訪者不單沒離開，反而吸引更多市民圍觀，最高峰時法院門外圍堵了幾百人，警方需要封鎖法院外的馬路，並召回市內巡邏隊到場維持秩序，馬路兩旁的店舖亦要拉下鐵閘，令氣氛顯得緊張。
        直到大約3時30分左右，兩架載?5、6個花圈的電單車抵達法院附近，兩名男女將寫有「朱軍一路好走」條幅的花圈向群眾展示及放鞭炮，說是要向槍殺3名法官、為民吐怨氣的朱軍致敬；此舉引發民眾起鬨，十數名上訪者更拿?花牌向法院衝去，現場戒備的警察見狀即上前撕搶花圈，並意圖拉走上訪者，周圍民眾見狀同時叫嚷，場面一度失控。
        混亂期間，《新京報》一名女記者在拍攝時突然被身後的警察扯住，對方更意圖搶奪其相機，另一名記者見狀想阻止時也被其他公安包圍推撞，幸兩人最後成功脫身，相機也力保不失。
        警方後來調動持防暴警察到場將民眾趕到馬路兩旁，直到下午5時30分左右，人群才漸漸散去。
        有上訪者表示，他們有著不同的冤情，有被政府無理拆遷的，亦有被零陵區法院不合理裁判的，昨天之所以一起前來，是希望藉殺法官案到法院申冤。

Judge, much like a doctor, is a highly respected profession here in the US. It requires a whole lot to be a good judge. The skills to judge in a measured and balanced way and to assure justice, instead of injustice, is being administered each and every day take years to develop. There are bad apples on every tree. But on the trees of the Chinese judiciary  system, such bad apples appear too abundant.

judge is a high-risk profession every where.
The best protection for a judge is to judge fairly and justly.
That takes a lot of training and hard work, much like a doctor.

The US judiciary system is relatively independent from the other part of the government.
It serves to maintain a tranquil society (we do not use the word harmony--that is simply too hard to achieve--even within a family).
It takes away a lot of pressure from the executive branch, allowing them to focus their attention on other matters.
