The awakening to the core nature of God

Just came across a very enlightening talk, to a great degree unusual to the mainstream Christianity, by an Eastern orthodox priest in an attempt to re-tell the spirituality of early Christianity. The discussion touches on ways to realize and awaken to the true nature of God - eternal love and peace - through surrendering your selfhood thoughts and unity to God graces. This school of Christianity emphasizes adherence of both spiritual domains - surrendering faith and committed practice - which I think to have almost been dismissed in later development of Christianity.
