＂Hello,

For the payment,the accountant has been instructed to issue out an initial  US cashiers cheque payment of $8,950 as my relocation grant.This includes full move-in fee and Decorations.The check will be  made out to you,you allocate the full first month rent plus deposit (for reservation till my arrival ) sum $3,350 and the excess remitted to the  Home Decorator in USA via Western Union Money Transfer .

Lenght of stay is two or three years and thats why I want to decorate the place to my taste since am staying longer.
The Home Decorator will be in charge of moving of my luggages,purchasing of house hold items needed in the home .You may send me lease for review ahead of time.

Once I have this information,the certified check will be made out to you and you shall receive it within 2 days.One more thing,you might include your picture for recognition purpose.

Never been defaulted in rental payments.Here is a confirmation am one of the best renter in town
