我上網下載了這份名為「Report of the Task Force on General Education」的報告,它由該校文學及科學學院的一個專責小組去年撰寫的。
After seeing what happen in the world in recent years such as the collaps of the former Soviet Union and the "free Iraq war" as well as the Tibet riot, people who participated in or supported the Tiananmen square demonstration before have now realized that the action taken by the government to stop the "6.4 incident" is right.
The system in China is 精英體制, 精英主政. This is the system most suitable to China. If you are capable enough and
wish to serve people, then you should try your best to become a 精英 (outstanging person among your peers) first.
If some one is not a 精英, then he/she is just one out of 1.3 billion people. He/she could still raise his/her view for the 精英 body to consider but cannot force the government to do what he/she want as the government is responsible for 1.3 billion of people not just for those who have big voice. Nowadays, Chinese people have already had the freedom to raise their views through many ways for example internet websits.
#4: You are wrong. Most 海外愛國者 are scholars/students who support China simply because they know well both China and other countries and love their motherland where they grew up. On the otherhand, some 賣國者 usually earn their living by 賣國賣身 and criticising their motherland for the interest of certain anti-China powers/agencies.
