4.19 國會山華人集會第三次通告

四月十九日集會已經正式獲得通過，在此，將活動信息和注意事項再次明確說明。希望大家在活動開始前密切關注本網站的信息更新。

時間：4月19日，周六，中午12點開始，下午4點結束. 凡報名作為志願者的朋友們請提前一到半小時到現場會面.

地點：國會山 Upper Senate Park，位於New Jersey Ave. 、Delaware Ave. 以及C St.之間的噴泉處。
若乘坐DC Metro，請在Red Line - Union Station 站下車，出站后沿Delaware Ave或者Louisana Ave均可向南（國會山方向）步行兩個Blocks,即可看見Upper Senate park 噴泉。

開車大致路線：
From The West (via I-495 Beltway)

    * Follow The Capital Beltway.
    * Exit 57B to 395 North
    * Exit at D ST. NW/U.S. Senate.
    * Turn Right to US Capitol and onto Louisiana Ave.
    * Upper Senate Park is in front

From The West (via 66)

    * Follow I-66 East towards Washington, DC.
    * Exit US 50 (East).
    * Turn Right on Pennsylvania Avenue.
    * Turn Left on Constitution Avenue.
    * Follow Constitution Avenue about 5 blocks
    * Upper Senate Park is on you left. You can park around and walk to the fountain.

From The North (via I-95)

    * Follow I-95 South toward Washington, DC to I-495 and exit East.
    * Follow I-495 East to US Route 50 and exit West.
    * Follow US Route 50, which becomes New York Avenue.
    * Follow New York Avenue (West).
    * Turn Left onto First Street, NE.
    * Follow First Street approximately 12 blocks to Massachusetts Avenue.
    * Turn right onto New Jersey Avenue.
    * Follow New Jersey Ave. 7 blocks. Upper Senate Park is on the left.

From The South (via I-95 / I-395)

    * Follow I-95 North toward Washington, DC.
    * I-95 becomes I-395 when you cross I-495. Continue North on I-395.
    * Exit at D st. NW/U.S. Senate.
    * Turn Right to US Capitol and onto Louisiana Ave.
    * Upper Senate Park is in front.

From The East (via US Route 50)

    * Follow US Route 50, which becomes New York Avenue.
    * Follow New York Avenue (West).
    * Turn Left onto First Street, NE.
    * Follow First Street approximately 12 blocks to Columbus Circle.
    * Turn left unto Massachusetts Avenue and travel one block to Columbus Circle.
    * Turn right to Delaware Avenue, follow one block
    * Upper Senate Park is on the right.

周末DC停車免費，Upper Senate Park附近有大量車位，北面 E St. 兩側露天停車場周末向公眾開放

物品：我們不提倡個人攜帶標語、海報等宣傳品，如認為必要，可向籌委會告知內容，認可后再行攜帶展出。其他物品的規定限制參見第一次正式通告內的條例。本次活動不提供食品，請自行攜帶，並務必確保場地清潔。
另外，我們打算用一定數量的花束在草坪上布置圖案組成圖案. 因此如果各位前來參加集會時, 家裡有不用的仿製絹花可以捐贈我們. 或者纏上彩帶或膠帶寫上名字, 集會結束時可歸還給您.

穿著：希望各位衣著整潔，若著與08奧運會主題有關為佳。

捐款：本次活動現場設有捐款箱，請按照之前在網上登記的數額捐贈。我們希望最好以現金形式，關於支票捐贈方法，我們將稍後公布。捐贈同時，我們會提供回執。我們並非任何組織，因此捐款無法抵稅。

備註：請參與者務必遵守各項規定，積極配合警察和組織者的管理協調，切勿出現過激言行。網上報名的志願者將受到群發郵件明確具體計劃。請於周五晚上注意查收。

另外，同一時間在國會山附近將有另一場由激進組織發起的遊行（並非藏獨），請與他們保持距離，切勿引起不必要的麻煩。
