西藏暴力事件和西方政府，西方媒體以及西方人民

在對西藏暴亂的新聞報道上，西方媒體對中國的惡意偏見和攻擊的確是達到前所未
有的程度。在英國廣播公司，美國有線網路公司，加拿大廣播公司以及北美和歐洲
的主要報紙及電視報到中，人們幾乎看不到任何藏族青年的暴力惡行。恰恰相反，
所有的暴行被冠以「反對中國統治」，「反對中國鎮壓」，「西藏人憤怒已極」，「中國軍警
血腥鎮壓西藏人的民主運動」，等等。而發生在紐約，華盛頓，多倫多，倫敦，漢堡
以及其他歐洲的主要城市裡的藏獨組織舉行的激烈的示威卻得到了大篇幅的報導。

讀一讀關於中國駐洛杉磯領館被藏獨示威者縱火的報導，或關於中國駐多倫多領館
的中國國旗被藏獨示威者摘下燒毀的報導，人們甚至可以查覺到一絲幸災樂禍滋味。

西方政府呢? 幾乎沒有任何西方政府對拉薩藏族青年的暴力進行公開的譴責。恰恰
相反，所有的西方政府都強烈要求中國政府克制對暴力的「鎮壓」。在他們看來，同
樣的暴力發生在紐約或倫敦的街上是暴力，而發生在拉薩卻變成了「抗議」和「民主運
動」。一些西方政府的政要，比如說法國外長，甚至聲稱要抵制北京奧運開幕式。

如果說所有這些關於西方媒體或西方政府的作為都是可以理解的話。而最令人吃驚
也是最難以理解的是卻西方的人民。在這幾個星期西藏暴亂期間，西方人民對中國
和中國人民的偏見，曲解，敵對，厭惡，甚至仇恨，表現的前所未有的淋漓盡致。

英國廣播公司在其網頁上有一個稱為「你的聲音」的欄目。編輯人員經常選擇一些當今
發生的重要的國際事件，讓讀者發評論。任何人都可以發表個人的評論，但不是每個
人的評論都能發表。編輯人員首先要「過濾」。通不過過濾的評論是上不了欄目的。西
藏暴亂髮生后，「你的聲音」的欄目出現了這樣的評論主題:

China must stop demonizing the Dalai Lama. Firstly the are eventually going
to half to talk to him and that will involve loss of face. Secondly, the Chinese
governments depiction of him is so outlandish they are loosing what little
sympathy they might have had amongst the West.

and lack of respect for everybody else...god knows how badly they must be

DO NOT BUY GOODS MADE IN CHINA. Its easy and there is no need for government
action. Hit them where it hurts. We can all do it irrespective of UK government policy.
We can also boycott the Olympic games, simply don't watch them on TV. Again,
bypassing the government.

Current protests evolve from decades of oppression and humiliation of a
people that once had its own culture. It's only because of the Tibetan tradition
of non-violence that protests have occured so late and hesitant. Any other
people in such a slavery would react far more violent. China disregards
human dignity and the essential rights of mankind. Western politicians should
raise their voice against China in defence of justice, irrespective of economic
interests - we need more courage!

How typical of this communist state to think that they can do anything they
like and the world will do nothing, especially the British goverment.I have
already started checking everything I buy. If its made in china I will avoid
buying it, looking for an alternative made elsewhere.

have. Very interesting and educational. I think our discussion here about
Tibet and China could be more objective and constructive after reading this

of India, Korea, Vietnam, Kazakh... all are parts of China. If possible,

乎近於罵人的評論都來自於這幾個國家: 英國，德國，美國，加拿大，澳大利亞。
