2000年第一次由朋友帶著去教堂過聖誕節聽過的聖詩。

不管他是不是基督徒，絕大部分的人聽到這樣的歌曲都會說好。

是啊，特別是那些比較古老的HYUM，總把我們帶到主那裡，在神那裡，我們的靈就能得安息，我們就不再為現今的生活愁苦。

有些人，沒有錢的時候，覺得苦，但還有希望，因為錢途是他們的希望，但是當他們終於找到錢的時候，更苦，因為那是絕望，因為已經沒有什麼令他們有盼望了。人的一生，從搖籃到墳墓，幾十年的光景，前五十年用生命買錢，後幾十年用錢買生命。如果有人說十萬元可以延長人二十年的生命，估計很多人會花那個錢；但是神把永生放到我們手上，卻拒之門外。人會不會很笨呢？其實也不是，因為人的靈死了，人只曉得眼見為實，卻不可能主動地去就光。什麼時候人謙卑了，認識到神的超越了，離神也許就近了。
