"security device warning" help needed,please

i use one programme called "design20-20" for long, these days there is always a warning message came out"

Your security device is not correctly installed or it does not work properly.
plug the security device in the paralled printer or usb port and click on retry.

is there someone could tell me waht is going on? and fix it for me?
