need software to swich on a program on certain time..

please recommend a software which can switch on another software automatically on set time and after 10 hours switch  off all the program running and turn off the computer automatically.

because download allowance was only during midnight till next noon.

due to health reason, I have to go to bed at 9-10 pm...

and in the morning I have to go to work... so I need a little program to help me to manage that..

You don't actually need any third-party software to do this job. The truth is, Windows XP has offered a free tool to satisfy your demand.

Click the scheduled tasks, as you can see the attached picture. You can set up the scheduled tasks as you wish.

Please note, you need administrator right to do this settings.
