Why do so many people do so poorly in job interviews?

First, you have to change the channel in your head. It's not an interview--it's a meeting! An interview is where you go to get roasted. A meeting is where you go to exchange information. You're going to a meeting, and a meeting requires an agenda.

Rock That Interview uses a multi-media format integrating a video and a workbook to teach concepts and also comes with a website login to your Personal Workspace where you can practice techniques, maintain and store your personal profile and scripts, and generate custom agendas that you print out and take with you to the interview.

Rock That Interview is ideal for anyone who is uncomfortable articulating themselves in a job interview:

Do you think of good answers to interview questions--AFTER you leave the interview?
Have you ever just frozen up and couldn't think of what to say?
Are you an IT professional that gets hung up on technical buzzwards?
Are you recently in the job market and haven't interviewed in years?
Are you a student/recent graduate that needs help identifying your skills from a variety of short-term or part-time jobs?
Do you have difficulty articulating your skills in an interview because English is your second language?
