留學生在city買studio？？？

我在網上看到有人有這個想法：

作為留學生我想買市中心的studio，不知道大家覺得這個想法是否實際？20萬左右能買一套30sqm左右的studio在市中心，離開學校也近，那裡打工機會又多。大家覺得如何？

如果實際：有些什麼注意事項？
如果不實際：WHY?

you will know where do you  like!  it is quit a mount of money, and just to be caustious.

right sir, thank you sir . this money can buy a big house in rural area with 600 +- sqm meadow haha. but i am a student, i'd rather put my energy on study and work and enjoy this country instead of taking care of the idiot glass the meadow... ...

it really is ! ahaha! we are from china, sort of korean, the size of living space is not a problem for us even it's too small for most of you rich asses!

you can't buy a sutdio for just $200,000 which is cost at least 300,000. for that price you can only buy a two bedroom units in outer ring suburbs in Sydney.
