如何 制止共享 路由器 上網 『搶跑道』 者?
我與別人通過路由器共享上網， 只要他在網上， 我就幾乎上不了網。。
even when his computer connected with the network and (he is not doing anything with browsers), still got the situation.

he is suggesting me to install a software to restrict his speed, but I really doubt that there is any sort of , unless my PC becomes server and he share the internet via my pc instead router now...


is there any software to restrict his internet speed to allow normall share ...?

my internet connection is cable, very fast... do not understand...

一般情況是他使用了一些下載工具，告訴他不用就是了或你不用時他在下載。如果他不聽，可以查下載工具使用的埠，然後在路由器中屏蔽，這樣做不是太好。另外就是病毒，告訴他殺病毒，否則你也危險。

記住責任在他。不在ISP.  你的責任就是讓他採取措施。誰讓你們合用呢。
