disorder conduct...Can I be US citezen?Help!!!

I just pleaed guility for disorderly conduct, that is making loud and raucous noise in the the vicinity of residence causenning distress.

Do you think that they will think I lack of good moral character?
Can I apply naturalization?
My baby, he is a American. That is why I need to apply natualiizaton. My famliy can be together.  
If you know the law Please please...response. Thank you very very much!!!

You need to give us more information.

You told us your baby was born in US and you were sued by your neighbor for making too much noise.  That's it!?

What is your status?  Your spouse's?  Did you correct your wrongdoing (disturbing your neighbor)?

I, personally, don't think this is a big deal.

It can be a problem for you.

since in the form(s) you will need to be asked several questions about whether you were sued or pleaded guilty for any reason.

and keep it in mind that if this problem keeps happening, the government might take your child from you in the name of " lack of proper parenting skill".

If you feel like you are lack of sufficient knowledge or skills on raising children you can consult social service( usually associated with local government) or sign up to certain parenting classes offered in the local community or colleges.

prevent this from happening again. but I don't think it's a big of a deal since you are not a convicted felony. I would suggest you to call a lawyer in your local yellow pages.

thank you for your response.....I think I will try to apply and see what kind of luck  I have......Tell you the turth, I do not like here that much. I think it is better be our own country . I feel i am a second citizen here.
