I am U.S. citizen. I did file I-130 petition for my 7 years old young child on 4/28/06. I am not sure do I need fingerprint for my case? I haven't received anything yet.
What should I do? I have to go back to stay with my child for months. Do we have
fingerprint site in China? Thanks.
