我的是2年有條件綠卡，能轉為10年的嗎

我的丈夫是美國人。我跟他結婚2年了，我們在中國結婚，2年後，我的申請通過了，我跟我的女兒順利移民到美國，剛到美國1個月，我就收到移民局寄來的綠卡了。但綠卡上面寫著該卡的使用期是2年。我現在快到2年了。我現在擔心2年到了后，我們是否直接轉為10年的綠卡，還是要重新申請。還有一個疑問，我跟我女兒現在都是2年有限制綠卡，她前兩個月回過一次中國，為期2個月，現在她回來了，我擔心她回去對我們以後轉為10年綠卡有障礙。或者會推遲2個月發10年綠卡給我們。希望有在美國的中國律師能幫我這個問題。或者哪位朋友有過相同的遭遇。請幫忙。謝謝了

你要做的是填寫I-751申請解除條件綠卡，在條件綠卡的批准日（以條件綠卡上標明的有效期為準）滿2周年的前90天（也就是1年9個月）內需申請I－751解除條件綠卡，獲得10年綠卡。
如無意中錯過申請期限，需要跟移民中心書面說明理由。如實屬無心之失或有客觀原因無法如期申請（如等待離婚判決中），一般能獲得豁免。I－751需要夫妻聯合聯合簽名申請，如果子女獲得條件綠卡的時間與父母獲得條件綠卡的時間相差在90天之內，可以將合資格的子女包括在同一申請中，如超過90天子女將需要單獨申請。

注意事項
申請需要寄到四大移民中心，最好用 certified mail with return receipt。

在每份材料的右上角寫上自己的名字和A號碼，以防遺失。
把寄出的每份文件都做拷貝，自己留底，包括支票。
私人支票可以。抬頭寫US Department of Homeland Security。
除了親友的證明信，其他全部可以交複印件，自己保留原件。所以這裡包括了複印件屬實的證明。
