"I don't like to go to church" said my 3 yrs old son.

This morning when I was preparing for going to the church. My son said to me, "Mommy, I don't want to go to church." "Why?"
"Because my teach likes speaking Chinese, I don't understand and I don't like speaking Chinese." "ok, I'll ask the teacher to try to speak English with you." BTW, I 'd like my son to go there to study some Chinese. That is  the way I want him to go to church. Then my son said to me" I yao he shui". "See, your Chinese is very good. if you didn't go to church, You couldn't even say this sentence.." "oh, yeah, my Chinese is good... I only like Jesu's Chinese" then he kept speaking some more Chinese. Then he was very happy, " Mommy let me sing you a song,' yes, Jesus loves me, yes Jesus loves me, Yes, Jesus loves me, Bible tells me so, Bible tells me so..." Then I sang along with him. Sometimes I sang wrong and he stopped said, " Mommy, let me give you a hand, sing like this.. " he showed me how to sing..."

We had so much fun together.

i thought i understood the feeling in his little heart as why he didn't want to go church. it was all because he had already had a loving mommy but now you told it differently that the 3 years old was encouraged to speak chinese and was happy to go church with his mommy because he could sing a song to mommy: Yes, Jesus loves me!
