If you do not have MSN Toolbar installed, you will need to download and install before you install the Windows Live Favorites Toolbar Add-in, please follow the steps below.

Install the MSN Search Toolbar from http://toolbar.msn.com/
To install the MSN Toolbar Add-In for Live Favorites Beta, please download and install: RFSToolbar.msi  (Refresh 11/02/2005)
Open IE, sign-in to Live Favorites via the toolbar and your ready to go.
